Career Overview
Current Focus: I focus my practice on community development and affordable housing finance. I have represented developers, investors and lenders involved with projects that utilize the syndication of new markets tax credits, low-income housing tax credits and historic tax credits.
Prior to joining the firm, I practiced commercial litigation involving corporate, contractual and financial restructuring issues. I also spent a year in the Mississippi Delta in partnership with Harvard Law School and Mississippi State University creating and managing community projects that promoted economic development and improved community health.
