The strength of our firm is our attorneys and legal staff.  Each attorney and staff member is passionately committed to our practice and to the clients we serve.  Our backgrounds are diverse: several attorneys previously worked in large firm real estate  and tax practices, while others worked in a Fortune 100 tax department, a bank’s community development corporation, a housing advocacy organization, a tax credit syndicator and the City of  Chicago’s Corporation Counsel’s office.

We strive to create a law firm where professionalism, collegiality, integrity, mentoring and creativity blend with our passion for real estate to produce sophisticated legal representation at cost-effective prices.  While family of attorneys and staff work hard together we also value and support the need to balance our client obligations with the need for time with family, friends and non-work pursuits.
