Career Overview
Current Focus: I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 1999 and have since contributed my legal expertise to a diverse range of real estate development and finance matters. Specializing in affordable housing development, I represent both non-profit and for-profit developers, owners, and syndicators in transactions encompassing leveraged financing from governmental and private sources. My practice involves navigating various tax credits, including the federal low-income housing tax credit, to facilitate housing solutions for families, the elderly, homeless individuals, and those with special needs. Additionally, I adeptly handle multilayered tax-exempt bond financing.
