PRACTICE:
Diane Corbett's practice covers all aspects of real estate development and finance, she further concentrates her practice by representing clients involved in the development of multifamily and single-family affordable housing. She represents non-profit and for profit developers, owners and syndicators involved in transactions which include leveraged financing from governmental and private sources utilizing the federal low income housing tax credit These transactions have included housing for families, elderly, homeless and special need individuals. She has experience in a variety of federal financing programs including, mixed-finance, special needs, and risk sharing. Diane also has experience with tax-exempt and taxable bond financing and federal fair housing matters.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Diane is a member of the American Bar Association, including the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development. She is a member of Corporation for Affordable Homes of McHenry County.
