Eric joined Applegate in 2016. He has experience with many different types of real estate transactions including commercial, residential, public finance and tax credit finance. His experience also includes work as a registered City of Chicago Lobbyist assisting developers with obtaining zoning and public right of way approvals.
Eric’s work at the firm is focused on Affordable Housing transactions. He assists developers with the review, circulation and resolution of lender and investor due diligence items, review of title and survey, formation of corporate entities, document drafting, facilitation of transaction closings and post-closing related activities.
Eric is currently an Executive Scholar candidate at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
