Jeffrey L. Golds

Jeff focuses his practice on the tax structuring and negotiation of real estate projects that are eligible for affordable housing tax credits, and represents investors, syndicators and developers in such transactions. He also represents clients with respect to transactions involving historic rehabilitation tax credits, new markets tax credits and renewable energy tax credits, as well as various state credits. Prior to joining the firm, Jeff was an attorney in the Department of Law for the City of Chicago, focusing on transactional and regulatory work encompassing a wide variety of issues. Jeff began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York, where he did International Tax consulting work involving restructurings and mergers.
