Katherine E. Germino

Katie joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2012. She focuses her practice on affordable housing development and finance, particularly tax credit finance and syndication. Prior to joining the firm, she spent several years working with non-profit institutions in New York, focusing her efforts on affordable housing issues in New York City through her work with the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board. During her time in New York, Katie also worked with the Partnership for Children’s Rights.
