My Role
I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2002. I have extensive paralegal experience in both real estate transactions and general corporate matters. Since joining the firm, I have been involved in a large number of transactions, working closely with developers who specialize in affordable housing. I assist developers with the formation of organizational entities for a transaction, the review and circulation of due diligence items requested by the various finance partners, the review of title and survey, the resolution of any issues raised by the due diligence items or title and survey matters, drafting documents needed for closing, the actual closings, and the preparation of the closing transcript once the deal has closed.
