PRACTICE:
Nicole Jackson focuses her real estate practice on affordable housing development and finance. She has experience representing developers and investors in affordable housing who use the syndication of low-income housing tax credits, rental subsidies and multi-tiered private and governmental loan and grant programs to finance the rehabilitation and construction of such housing. She also has experience representing investors seeking to use the Community Reinvestment Act.
RELEVANT ACTIVITIES:
Nicole is a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations, including the American Bar Association's Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development.
