PRACTICE:

Pavanti Prasad Rugg focuses her practice on (1) low-income housing and historic rehabilitation tax credits, (2) the taxation of not-for-profit organizations (including applications for tax-exempt status), and (3) the taxation of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.  She has experience in a variety of federal, state and international taxation issues, including tax controversy matters.

RELEVANT ACTIVITIES:

Pavanti is a member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Taxation, including the American Bar Association’s Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law.
