Ryan Hatten

Ryan joined the firm in 2016. He focuses his practice on affordable housing and community development transactional work, representing developers, non-profits, tax credit syndicators, investors, and lenders in projects involving various sources, including low income housing tax credits, New Markets Tax Credits, HUD-insured products, FHA-insured loans, local, state, and federal subsidies, and other public and private funding programs.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked at UP Development, LLC, where he worked on front-end development issues, ongoing compliance, and financing applications for various sources, including LIHTCs, AHP Loans, PILs, HOME Loans, and project-based subsidies.
