PRACTICE:

Warren Wenzloff is in the commercial real estate practice, concentrates his work in  affordable housing development and finance.  He has extensive experience representing developers, PHA’s, lenders and investors involved in the development of affordable multifamily housing and supportive living projects that use the syndication of historic and low income housing tax credits, rental subsidies and multi-tiered private and governmental loan, tax-exempt bond and grant programs, including HOPE VI, FHA-insured and Mark to Market programs.  He also works with skilled nursing facility owners and operators in conjunction with HUD 232 loan program and other financing associated with such facilities.

RELEVANT ACTIVITIES:

Warren is a member of the American Bar Association's Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development and has served on the board of county and local organizations whose purpose is to foster the preservation and development of affordable housing and community development in the and around the Chicagoland area.  He continues to participate as a panelist and moderator at seminars and continuing legal education programs sponsored by national and regional organizations engaged in the business of affordable housing.
