My Role
I am responsible for leadership and oversight of all business affairs and operations, as well as strategy development and implementation. I am a member of the management committee and partner compensation committee. My areas of responsibility include long-range planning, growth and development, finance, human resources, information technology, marketing, business development, risk management, compensation and oversight of the administration team.
My Background
Prior to joining the firm I advised law firms as a consultant in the United States, Caribbean and Latin America on strategy development, mergers, management and governance, talent structure design, associate and partner compensation systems, partnership issues and financial matters. I also collaborated with law firms on client service strategies, business development, client retention and process improvement initiatives.
My Passion in Life
When not at work I enjoy spending family time with my husband Ryan, and daughters Grace and Rose. My inner nerd relishes watching Columbo reruns (“Just one more thing”) and I marked “Guinness World Record Holder” off my bucket list as a participant in the world’s largest live cycling class.
