Commitment to Clients and Communities
As an attorney, I find great joy in helping my clients fulfill a vision for improving the world we live in, including where and how we live. I treasure the opportunity to work alongside clients who are passionate about changing others’ lived experienced for the better. Improving the living conditions of the least resourced among us is why I came to Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen and I consider it a privilege to work with others who share my desire to make the world a better place for all.
Career Overview
Current Focus: My practice is focused on assisting those who are seeking to develop and redevelop public housing and community development projects nationwide. I joined A&TT in 2020 and, since then, I have worked with clients seeking to finance affordable housing and community development projcets through the use of tax credits and bonds. Prior to joining A&TT, I worked as an attorney for a variety of finance and financial services clients in “big law”. In my practice I have empowered clients seeking to finance billions of dollars in housing-related and other assets world-wide.
