My Role
I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 1998. I have extensive experience representing national syndicators on low-income housing tax credit projects. I provide project management of the due diligence process, review of all due diligence documents, management of extranet sites and coordination of closings with lawyers. I’ve also assisted with new markets projects and commercial real estate matters.
My Background
Prior to joining the firm, I was a paralegal in the real estate and corporate departments of two national law firms.
My Passion in Life
When not at work, I love spending time hiking, exploring museums and traveling with my husband and children.
