Successful applicants will possess strong academic credentials, 3-8 years of prior law firm experience and familiarity working on complex housing finance and community development projects. Experience involving tax credit syndication and government finance is strongly preferred. FHA lending/HUD experience is a plus, but not required.
Looking for a real estate paralegal to assist in representing tax credit syndicators and direct investors in all facets of tax-incentivized transactions. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The qualified candidate must be a detail-oriented self-starter who is extremely dependable, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
