ADMISSION TO PRACTICE:
Becca joined the firm in 2013. Her practice is focused on community development real estate projects and businesses, with an emphasis on the tax structuring and negotiation of investments that are eligible for federal tax credits, including new markets, low-income housing, historic rehabilitation and energy tax credits. She has represented investors, community development entities, borrowers and developers in numerous real estate transactions, including housing, office buildings, hotels, charter schools, industrial facilities and medical centers.
Prior to joining the firm, Becca represented and advised clients on a broad range of tax planning matters, including tax issues related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, dispositions (including spin-offs and split-offs), foreign and domestic debt financings, foreign and domestic equity financings, reorganizations, cross-border transactions, real estate investment trusts (REITs), regulated investment companies (RICs), business development companies (BDCs), partnership transactions, private equity transactions and not-for-profit organizations.
