My Role
For more than 25 years, I have been a real estate and finance paralegal. I have participated in all phases of tax credit, public finance, and commercial lending transactions, including initial structuring, due diligence review, document drafting and negotiation, and closing coordination. I have assisted in the representation of developers and investors, sellers and purchasers, lenders and borrowers, and bond issuers and underwriters.
My Passion in Life
I enjoy furthering my own education and assisting others in advancing theirs. I regularly present webinars and seminars and write articles for paralegals. I am a past member of the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) Continuing Education Council, I wrote the Real Estate Chapter of NALA’s The Paralegal’s Companion, and I have contributed to numerous other professional organizations.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, hiking, and practicing yoga.
