Commitment to Clients and Community

Empowering marginalized groups has and will be a focal point of my professional career. Here at Applegate, I am excited that I can collaborate with capable and motivated persons to help resolve complex legal issues that impact people in meaningful ways through the creation of low-income housing, substance use disorder programming, homelessness, and other critical issues on affecting us as a society. The work we do matters.

Career Overview

Current Focus: Assisting clients with obtaining special use, variations, administrative adjustments, and planned unit development approval in and around the City of Chicago for projects spanning a wide variety of product types including senior housing, affordable housing, office and retail.
