Career Overview

Current Focus: I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2015. I represent non-profit and for profit developers, investors, and syndicators who are developing and investing in multi-family affordable housing. Prior to joining the firm, I represented and advised clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development, financing, leasing, and mixed use condominium and master planned community matters.

I received my J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law where I was editor-in-chief of the Valparaiso University Law Review.

I serve in various volunteer positions at Grace Lutheran Church & School in River Forest, and live in Oak Park with my wife and three daughters.
