Current Focus:
As a community development lawyer, I am privileged to support our mission-driven clients on deeply impactful projects. I focus my national real estate practice on New Markets Tax Credit-financed transactions, representing borrowers, lenders and investors on projects that revitalize our communities, including health clinics, youth centers, grocery stores, manufacturing facilities, nonprofit headquarters, and supportive housing.
Prior to joining the firm, I represented clients in their acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of commercial properties. At the University of Chicago Law School, I won the Edwin F. Mandel Prize for my work in the Law School’s Housing Initiatives Clinic.
