For every LIHTC Project, Investors prepare critical projections about expected performance of the Project. A key part of these Projections relates to the capital account of the Investor, sometimes called a 704(b) analysis. This panel will discuss how capital accounts work, why they are critical to LIHTC projects and possible problems that can arise and solutions for such problems. Emphasis is provided on 4% tax-exempt bond transactions and the special problems and solutions for such projects.
