Commitment to Clients and Communities
As an attorney, being part of affordable housing projects that help create safe, accessible homes for those in need is deeply fulfilling and serves as a daily reminder of how shelter can transform lives. Equally rewarding is the opportunity to work with clients and colleagues who share this vision—those who believe that everyone deserves a place to call home. I love that, together, we invest in building not just structures, but stronger, more resilient communities where individuals and families can thrive.
Career Overview
Current Focus: In my current practice, I focus on representing syndicators and investors who are dedicated to investing in affordable housing and community development transactions across the nation. These projects are often financed through a complex blend of tax credits, bonds, commercial loans, and other soft financing sources, and it is both challenging and rewarding to help clients navigate this landscape. Before joining my current firm, I had the privilege of representing syndicators and investors in similar transactions, which has given me a deep appreciation for the intricacies and possibilities within this industry. I truly enjoy partnering with clients to resolve issues as they arise, finding creative solutions that turn challenges into opportunities. It is especially meaningful to see how their investments spark new life in communities—revitalizing neighborhoods, creating opportunities, and leaving a lasting legacy of positive change.
