I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2022 as a member of the equity team, working with investor and syndicator clients on low-income housing tax credit transactions. My work involves managing the project due diligence, reviewing title and survey and corporate documents.
My Background
Prior to the joining the firm, I worked as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a national law firm for 20+ years.
My Passion in Life
When not at work, I love spending time with my kids and grandkids and running ultras with my husband.
