Commitment to Clients and Communities

I receive the greatest satisfaction at the firm from knowing that the work I do makes a true difference in people’s lives.  Quality, affordable housing should be available to everyone and especially when I am working on a particularly complex deal, it is important to remember the person that will one day live in the unit.

Career Overview

Current Focus: My practice is focused on tax structuring and negotiation of transactions that are eligible for federal low-income tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits and energy tax credits.  I represent investors, syndicators and developers. I also regularly provide assistance and counsel to non-profit organizations in connection with their formation, application for tax-exempt status, participation in tax credit transactions and ongoing compliance.
