Career Overview

Current Focus: I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2017. Prior to joining the firm, my professional experience spanned the public, private, and non-profit sectors, with a focus on public and affordable housing.

My housing experience includes working at Edgemere Consulting Corporation, where I advised public agencies, primarily large public housing authorities, on the design and administration of the Public Housing Program (PH), the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP), and related programs. I have significant experience with HUD’s Moving to Work Program, the Choice Neighborhoods Initiative, and ongoing PH and HCVP compliance. Other relevant housing experience includes working at Metropolitan Boston Housing Partnership administering the HCVP for a caseload of 400 clients and interning at Business and Professional People for the Public Interest to research and design potential financing and land acquisition strategies for the recently created Cook County Land Bank Authority.

In addition to my housing experience, I also worked at PwC’s Strategy& (formerly, Booz & Co.) as a strategy consultant developing growth, deal, and organizational strategies for clients across multiple industries, including legal, healthcare, higher education, and consumer products.
