My Role
I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2001. I have extensive experience in the real estate field, having been involved in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions and loan closings since 1995. Since joining the firm, I have been involved in a large number of transactions involving low-income housing tax credits, new markets tax credits, donation tax credits and historic rehabilitation tax credits. I manage all project due diligence including review of title commitments, surveys, review of third party reports, all corporate documents and manage the closing and post-closing process.
