My Role
I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2003. I have extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate transactions and loan closings. Since joining the firm, I have been involved in a large number of transactions involving new markets tax credits, low-income housing tax credits, donation tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and syndication. I examine due diligence, maintain closing checklists, review surveys and title insurance documents, assist with formation of business entities, draft conveyance and loan documents, facilitate closing and post-closing processes, and maintain client relations.
