Career Overview
Current Focus: I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 1999. My practice covers all aspects of real estate development and finance, with a focus on the development of multifamily and single-family affordable housing. I represent non-profit and for profit developers, owners and syndicators involved in transactions which include leveraged financing from governmental and private sources utilizing the federal low income housing tax credit. These transactions have included housing for families, elderly, homeless and special need individuals. I have experience in a variety of federal financing programs including, mixed-finance and Neighborhood Stabilization Programs. I also have experience with tax-exempt and taxable bond financing.
