Current Focus: My practice focuses on representing developers and investors in low income housing tax credit and affordable housing transactions.
Highlights: Prior to joining Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen, I represented the Illinois Housing Development Authority in all types of affordable housing financing including bond issuances, state and federal low-income housing tax credits, construction and permanent mortgage loans and grants resulting in the creation and preservation of affordable housing across the state of Illinois.
