My Role
I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in March 2026 as a member of the equity and lending teams, where I work with investors, syndicator clients, and lenders on low-income housing tax credit and affordable housing transactions. My work involves managing and examining project due diligence, maintaining closing checklists, reviewing title and survey and corporate documents, and facilitating closings and post-closing processes.
My Passion in Life
I live in Indianapolis with my husband, son, and two French bulldogs. When not at work, we love traveling all around the U.S., playing golf and soccer, and spending time with friends and family.
