My Role
I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2022 to assist the Development Group. I have over 25 years of experience working on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. My work has included reviewing survey and title work, due diligence, drafting documents for various real estate matters, managing real estate closings, coordinating post-closing matters, and lease review. I have also worked closely with developers and investors. I am excited to be part of a team that strives to provide safe and affordable housing for communities.
My Passion in Life
I live in Minnesota with my husband and two daughters. We love to spend time at the cabin on the lake fishing, tubing and boating.
