Career Overview
Current Focus: I am a member of our firm’s Tax team, and my sole focus is representing investors and developers in connection with projects financed with low-income housing tax credits. I also have significant experience in the taxation of partnerships and LLC’s, and regularly speak on tax issues relating to Federal and state low income housing, historic and renewable energy tax credits.
Highlights: I have been practicing in the low-income housing tax credit industry for over 15 years. Prior to moving to Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen, I was a partner at Dentons.
