My Role
As part of the Development group, I help manage the day-to-day aspects of commercial real estate transactions. I have experience with both commercial and residential real estate, low-income housing tax credits, historic rehabilitation and new markets tax credits. I am responsible for managing due diligence for projects, which includes review of title commitments, surveys, review of reports, corporate documents and managing both the closing and post-closing process.
My Background
Prior to joining the firm, I worked as a Corporate, Intellectual Property and Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. I also worked as the in-house Senior Paralegal for an affordable housing real estate developer that specialized in the development, construction, management and ownership of affordable housing communities. It was there that I learned about the important need in our communities for safe and affordable housing.
My Passion in Life
I live in New York with my husband, our 3 sons and pomsky Coco. We love to spend time together with our large extended family and watch the kids play soccer and flag football on the weekends. I also enjoy weight training and spinning in my free time.
