My Role
For over 25 years I have been involved in affordable housing transactions, primarily at Albert, Whitehead, P.C., where I worked alongside Gregory Whitehead, principal, whose primary practice involved representing commercial and governmental lenders, private developers and investors in a range of real estate transactions, including multi-tiered real estate financing, municipal bond transactions and low-income housing tax credit transactions. I have been involved in closing hundreds of residential real estate transactions, including several challenging short sales. I have also assisted in the formation, organization and maintenance of various corporate entity structures.
My Passion in Life
Real Estate is my passion. After obtaining my Real Estate Salespersons License in 1999, in 2001, I became a Real Estate Broker, and today I continue to hold my license as an Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker, where I enjoy making a difference in the lives of people by helping them fulfill their real estate needs.
