I joined Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen in 2015. Since joining the firm, I have been involved in a large number of transactions involving low-income housing tax credit, new markets tax credit, and donation tax credit loan closings. I examine all project due diligence, maintain client files, review surveys and title insurance documents, facilitate closing and post-closing processes.
