Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen's All Firm Retreat in Arizona was an incredible experience filled with growth, engagement, and teamwork.

At the end of April, our team embarked on a transformative journey in the picturesque landscapes of Arizona. The retreat's theme centered around "Growing Together" and we're thrilled to share some highlights with you!

One of the most impactful aspects of the retreat was the focus on positive psychology and the science of stress management. We had the privilege of attending thought-provoking presentations lead by John Hollway, Associate Dean and Executive Director of the Quattrone Center for the Fair Administration of Justice at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, that delved into the importance of fostering a positive work environment and strategies for effectively managing stress.

Engagement at work was another key area of exploration during our retreat. We learned how vital it is to cultivate a sense of purpose, meaning, and connection in our daily tasks. By prioritizing engagement, we can bring our best selves to every client interaction and contribute to a thriving and dynamic work culture. In addition, we deepened our understanding of the significance of relationships at work. The retreat featured interactive sessions that emphasized the power of collaboration, effective communication, and building strong professional connections.

The retreat was truly a transformative experience, fostering personal and professional growth for each member of our team. We returned with renewed energy, a strengthened sense of unity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to our organizers and presenters for curating such an insightful and impactful event.
