| This training will be a deep dive into HUD's Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program, with a focus on new opportunities available under the Faircloth-to-RAD program. Attorneys from Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen will discuss the background of the RAD program and technical considerations in structuring Faircloth-to-RAD projects. Chicago Housing Authority staff will also join the panel to provide a unique perspective on what to consider when working with housing authority partners to structure deals and ensure a seamless RAD conversion.
