The American Bar Association Forum on Affordable Housing and Community Development Law submitted a comment letter on the most recent Qualified Opportunity Zone Regulations. Glenn Graff of Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen was one of the primary drafters of the letter. The letter requests clarification of the regulations in order to improve the Qualified Opportunity Zone tax incentive so that it can better interact with affordable housing and community development.

If you have any questions about Qualified Opportunity Zones, please contact Glenn Graff, Ben Swartzendruber, Dan Klaff, Eric Mittereder or any of your contacts at Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen.
